Can you remove any negative review?
No. Only reviews that violate Google's policies can be removed: fake, spam, off-topic, offensive, or written with a conflict of interest. A real negative review can't be removed, but a good reply greatly reduces its impact.
How does payment work?
$100 per review. You pay for your first review to start the work. Additional reviews are charged only after Google removes them. If we don't get at least one review removed, we refund you 100%.
How long does it take?
It depends on Google's review process. We file and follow up on each dispute and keep you informed at every step.
Is it included in the Local Presence plan?
